(Rec. 9.30 p.m.) TORONTO, April 28. “German persecution of the Poles has broken out anew,” said the Polish Prime Minister, General Wladyslaw Sikorski. Lately he had had very sad
news from Poland of more Poles being executed and fhore being sent to concentration camps. General Sikorski described the Balkan events as important, but not allimportant, “Mastery of the Mediterranean will be a matter of much more weight and the result of the Battle of the Atlantic will be the decisive element in the war,” he said.
