N.Z.E.F. CASUALTIES

(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 4. The following New Zealand Expeditionary Force casualties were announced today:— Private Charles Bernie, died. ‘ His father is Mr Charles Bernie, Owhango. Driver Joseph Carter, wounded in the Western Desert. His mother is Mrs J. Carter, Broadway, Newmarket. Driver Richard Stephen Tripp, slightly wounded in the Western Desert but remained with his unit. His mother is Mrs M. A. Tripp, Harriett street, Wellington.
