ITALIAN EXCURSION ENDS IN RIOT
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Received February 10, 7.30 p.m.) BAHIA BLANCA, February 9. An Italian excursion for the benefit of the Red Cross ended in rioting when young Argentines shouted down the Italian Consul who was attempting to make a speech. Twenty were wounded in the fighting. The police released 400 after questioning.
