The Mines Department will appoint an instructor to teach the men the latest ; methods of dealing with outbreaks of fire and other mishaps in coal mines. All the men working in mines in the district will receive six months’ training at the station. There will be six rooms, one of which ' ] will be 30ft. by 22ft.
