VISIT TO BOMBED AREA

(United Press Association) (Received February 7, 8 p.m.) RUGBY, February 6. On Thursday their Majesties the King and Queen visited a bombed area and spent some time viewing the damage inflicted on residential quarters of the town. Their Majesties spoke to many people who have lost their homes as a result of bombs, and to many others, who, although in raided districts, have been fortunate to escape damage. Others visited by their Majesties have been able to return to their homes after repairs had been executed. The King and Queen had an enthusiastic reception as they moved about the area.
