NORWAY AS PART OF REICH
(Received February 6, 9.0 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, February 5. Herr Himmler, chief of the Gestapo, in a speech at Trendheim about Greater Germany, declared that this, henceforth, would include Norway as an integral part. Himmler distributed arms among hired men as a present from Hitler. The new secret police have already arrested 100 anti-Quislingists in West Norway.
