BOMBAY', February 4. Employers and labour leaders held a reception for 50 young Indian technicians who comprise the first batch going to England under Mr Ernest Bevin’s scheme. Mr M. S. A. Hydari, the Government of India representative on the Eastern Group Supply Council, said the response to Mr Bevin’s appeal had been most enthusiastic.
