NEW GERMAN POSTAGE STAMP
LONDON NEWSPAPER’S DESCRIPTION LONDON, January 18. The Berlin radio announces that a new German postage stamp is being issued bearing the heads of Hitler and Mussolini. The inscription is: “Two peoples, one battle.” The heading which The Daily Express prints over the report is “one licking.”
