GENERAL PRACTITIONER SCHEME (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 20. The Minister of Health, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, said today that the drafting regulations for the general practitioner service scheme were well forward and the regulations were expected to be available by the end of this week.
