NORTH ISLAND GUN DOG TRIALS
LABRADOR RETRIEVER WINS ALL BREED CHAMPIONSHIP (United Press Association) MASTERTON, September 23. The North Island all-breed championship for gun dogs, held at the gun dog trials at the week-end, was won by M. A. Rawlins with his Labrador retriever Cleopatra May. J. Curtin (Masterton) was second and G. Mayo (Lower Hutt) was third. M. A. Rawlins also won the Wairarapa Club all-breed championship with Cleopatra May.
