GOLDEN SHRED MARMALADE Wash thoroughly 6 grapefruit, 4 navel oranges, 4 lemons. Peel thinly and shred finely, or a good thing to do is to shred with a shredder (bought quite cheaply at most shops). Squeeze the juice from the fruit and place in a pan with the shredded rind, tartaric acid, and 9 quarts water.
