GERMAN TRADE WITH FRANCE
(Received September 22, 7.30 p.m.) VICHY, September 22. is officially stated that German exports have been granted most-favoured-nation treatment in France and the French Empire. The French-Italian Armistice Commission at Djibuti announced a barter programme whereby French Somaliland will provide food for Abyssinia.
