LOANS AND DONATIONS TO GOVERNMENT (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 21. Interest-free loans and donations to the Government have reached a total of £2,573,721 according to an announcement by the Minister of Finance (the Hon. W. Nash). The latest amounts acknowledged include two Dunedin persons who wish to remain anonymous. Each gave £l5OO for the duration of the war and six months afterwards.
