DOMINION'S PART IN WAR POLICY

(Received August 21, 10.20 p.m.)

LONDON, August 21.

The Secretary For Air . (Sir Archibald Sinclair), in the House of Commons, referring to suggested Dominion representation on the War Cabinet, said it would be difficult to include representation of all tlie Dominions. “We have an admirable method cf associating the Dominions with the War Cabinet decisions, also with the framing of the policy on which the War Cabinet proceeds,” said Sir Archibald. “There is great force in the argument that the inclusion of Imperial statesmen would be symbolic of Empire unity, but surely the contribution of each Dominion to our war effort is the greatest symbol of unity.”
