CHARGE OF NEGLIGENT DRIVING

(United Press Association) TIMARU, July 16. Margaret Christina Simmons, of Hook, a married woman, was found not guilty in the Supreme Court today on a charge of negligently driving a car, causing the death of a newspaper runner, John Raymond Shirley, aged 13, at Waimate. The jury was out 80 minutes.
