FAMILY OF FOUR FOUND SHOT

(Received July 15, 10.50 p.m.) PERTH, July 15. A whole family of four was found dead, all shot through the head with a small rifle at a country village of Karragullen 30 miles from Perth The victims were: Richard Griffiths aged 40; his wife, Rowena Griffiths aged 35; and their sons, Laurel, agec 12, and Alan, aged 5. The family conducted a small orchard and appeared to be in comfortable circumstances. A rifle was found beside the father’s body. The police express the opinion that the father murdered the others- and then , committed suicide. 1
