Mr and Mrs Lester Moller, Avenal Flats, Dee street, were visitors to Dunedin at the week-end. Mr and Mrs A. H. Ryder, Beatrice street, will leave tomorrow on a visit to Wellington.

Mrs A. Campbell, Thames street, will leave today for a week’s holiday in Christchurch.

Miss M. Dowle, Roxburgh, who has been the guest of Mrs J. G. Macdonald, Don street, left yesterday for Dunedin. Mrs O. Fogarty and her infant son have been on a visit to her parents, Mr and Mrs John O’Meara, Daringdale, Drummond.

Miss Ngaio Marsh, the adjudicator of the National Centennial Festival for one-act plays, to be held in Dunedin from July 10 to July 13, is expected to arrive from the north on July 10. Miss Millicent Ward will leave Auckland in about a fortnight’s time for Melbourne to be married to Dr Anthony James, a member of the Aus-

tralian R.A.M.C. Miss Ward will return to Auckland in about six weeks’ time. Miss Ward is the founder and leader of the New Zealand Health and Beauty Movement.
