FINANCIAL DEBATE MAY BE POSTPONED

WELLINGTON, July 1.

Because of the death of Sir Walter Carncross it is likely that the House of Representatives will postpone the opening of the financial debate tomorrow evening after paying tributes to his memory. The original intention was for the debate to be opened by the Leader of the Opposition (the Hon. Adam Hamilton), at 7.30.
