SUCCESSFUL BALL AT OHAI

LODGE GIVES PROCEEDS TO PATRIOTIC FUND

The annual Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes’ ball was held in the Ohai hall recently. It proved to be one of the leading balls of the year. The social committee of the lodge generously gave its total profits of £2O to the local Patriotic Committee. The masters of ceremonies were Messrs D. Craig and F. J. Edwards. An extra was played by Messrs Thomas Luke and W. H. Hunt. The lucky spot waltz was won by Miss L. Sparke and F. Campbell. Among those present were Mr and Mrs F. J. Edwards, Mr and Mrs E. W.
