PROPAGANDA PLAY AT WOMEN’S CLUB
“GLORIOUS MORNING” READ BY MEMBERS Mrs T. F. Gilkison welcomed a good attendance of members of the PlayReading Circle at the Southland Women’s Club last night when “Glorious Morning,” by Norman MacGowan, s. three-act propaganda play, was read. The cast was as follows: Anna, Mrs T. F. Gilkison; Katrina, Mrs A. Tapper; Woden, Mrs H. R. Gibson; Anton, Mrs A. M. Macdonald; Leda, Mrsß. C. Barnett; Professor, Mrs Stanley Brown; General, Mrs J. G. Macdonald; Leman, Miss M. Ryan; Reitzstein, Miss J. E. McLeod; Buloff, Mrs H. Parker; Durer, Mrs H. Ritchie; Nekell, Mrs H. Drees; Jacob, Mrs H. R. Gibson; Ruth, Mrs A. Tapper; Soldier and chorus, Mrs G. R. Milward.
