COST OF LIVING FALLS IN BRITAIN
(Received April 17, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, April 16.
A slight fall in the cost of living is shown by a Labour Ministry announcement that on April 1 the index figure was 78 per cent, above the level of July 1914, compared with 79 per cent, on March 1.
