NEW EVACUATION PLAN IN BRITAIN

(British Official Wireless) RUGBY, February 16. Tire Minister of Health (Mr W. E. Elliot) in the House of Commons announced a new evacuation plan for children if air raids develop on a scale

involving serious, continuous bombing, parents who register under the scheme will have to send their children away when evacuation is ordered and leave them in reception areas until school parties return. Mothers will not be included in the new plan.
