SECOND N.Z. EXPEDITIONARY FORCE ANNOUNCEMENT BY MINISTER OF DEFENCE (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 3. The Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) announced tonight that the Governor-General - (Lord Galway) had been pleased to approve of the following appointments to the first echelon of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force in the ranks stated with seniority in units as shown.
