NEW ARMY CORPS IN SWITZERLAND

BERNE, December 29. The Commander-in- Chief, General Guisan has ordered the creation of a Forth Army Corps of between 80,000 and 100,000 strong with the object of building up the defences before the spring thaw. Thousands hitherto exempted are
being again examined, for service while blinded persons are incorporated as anti-aircraft listeners. ,
