END OF POCKET BATTLESHIP.—The German pocket battleship, Admiral Graf Spee, now lies on the bottom of the Plate River Estuary, off Montevideo, where she was scuttled by her commander. Her crew has been interned at Buenos Aires, on the other side of the estuary.
