The flock was founded in 1933 by the purchase of speciaUy selected in-lamb ewes from H. Bussell & Sons, (flock 143); later additions from the same Stud included the two toppriced two-shear ewes at the famous “Pariroa” Dispersal Sale in 1936. Additions of picked ewes were made in 1934 from the prize-winning flock of W. J. Gimblett, (flock 298). . , nn ,u fa.
