PARTY PRECEDES WEDDING

POPULAR COUPLE FETED AT FAIRFAX The Fairfax Hall was well filled recently, when friends of Miss Doris Cull and Mr W. Craig who are shortly to be married met to do them honour. The evening was spent in dancing. At a suitable interval, the chairman, Mr H. Rankin, referred to the popularity of the Cull family, who had been residents in the district for over 20 years, expressed by the big number present, and asked Miss Cull to accept the many and various useful gifts. Mr Craig responded and assured the people of a warm welcome at their home iil Chelmsford street. Musical honours were then given. Among those present were: Mr and Mrs C.
