WELFARE WORK FOR N.Z. SOLDIERS
ASSOCIATION FORMED IN LONDON RUGBY, December 3. Three hundred and fifty New Zealanders formed a War Services Association to promote welfare work for New Zealand soldiers, sailors, airmen and nurses in Britain and France. The association will co-operate with the Empire Societies and the Y.M.C.A. Lord Bledisloe is president and the High Commissioner (Mr W. J. Jordan) is chairman. A fund has been opened.
