NEW YORK, December 4. While United States Finns celebrated the twenty-second anniversary of Finnish independence, M. Alexander Kerensky, head of the former Russian Liberal Government, appealed to Americans not to confuse the Russian invasion with the wishes of the Russian people. He declared that Russian patriots and democrats protested against this shameful and dishonourable action.
