This station, according to the announcer, has been removed to another West German district. The announcer disclosed that the Gestapo had often nearly discovered the station but that the co-operation of friends, added to its own vigilance, had saved its operators from the bloodhounds of Herr Heinrich Himmler, Chief of the Gestapo. Listeners, said the announcer, would later be informed in what towns it was operating. Its propaganda, he said, had fallen on fertile soil among the West German armament workers. When the announcer began to read a proclamation jamming drowned out the station.
