PARTY TO CELEBRATE COMING OF AGE

FESTIVITY AT BLUFF On - Saturday evening a very successful birthday party was held in Barber’s Hall, Bluff, by Mr and Mrs J. Walker, to celebrate the coming of age of their son, Mr Jock Walker. The toast to the guest of honour was proposed by Mr T. McKenzie, of Greenhills. Music for dancing was supplied by Mr J. Donaldson with interludes by Messrs R. Sutherland (banjo), R. Hawke (cornet), J. Walker (piano accordion). Mr James Walker was master of ceremonies. . Between dances items were given by Miss Gwen Bradshaw (tap dancing), Miss Jenkins (song), and Mr Donaldson (song). Among those present were Mr and Mrs J. Walker, Mr and Mrs R. N.
