Tonight all music lovers will be present at the Male Choir’s recital. Intending patrons should reserve seats now as the concert chamber will be packed. The choir of 60 voices, con--ducted by Dr Stanley Brown, is always popular. Another choir will assist at the recital, this being the Glee Party of the Southland Women’s Club. Mrs B. W. Hewat will be heard in soprano solos, and Mr John Pringle in baritone solos. Mr Linton Hodge will be heard in a new composition, “New Zealand,” with choir chorus. Mr R. S. Brown will sing the solo, “Maureen,” with choir accompaniment. In addition the Lyric Four Quartette will sing several numbers. Patrons are assured of a treat.
