POLISH CIVILIANS WARNED
(Received September 13, 6.30 p.m.) BERLIN, September 13.
The German Commander-in-Chief (General von Walther Brauschitseh) has created German regimental commanders in Poland heads of courts-martial. He warned all Polish civilians in the occupied territory to surrender their arms under penalty of death. Sabotage is similarly punishable.
