The Daily Express says that the Paris radio station yesterday re- • ported that neutral motorists returning from Germany by way of Aachen had seen pieces of paper pinned on trees Bearing the following words written in German:— Rather the Kaiser, of God’s good grace than the scoundrel from Berchtesgaden.
