COLONIES IN LAKE TSANA DISTRICT PLANNED VIENNA, August 14. Five colonies in the Take Tsana district, accommodating 5,000,000 Jews, may ultimately be founded. NO MORE JEWS ALLOWED IN SHANGHAI LONDON, August 14. The Shanghai correspondent of The Times says that the Municipal Council has announced that no more Jewish refugees will be allowed to land after the arrival of the 500 now on the high seas, because Shanghai has done more than her share. The French Concession has announced a similar ban. There are 18,000 Jews in Shanghai and 5000 more are expected before the end of the year.
