FRENCH CONSCRIPTS TO BE RELEASED
14 NEW WARSHIPS TO BE BUILT PARIS, June 9. The French Prime Minster (M. Edouard Daladier) announced that the conscripts kept beyond the normal term of service would be demoblized on September 1. A decree authorizes the building of 14 new warships, including four heavy and six light destroyers.
