GERMAN PEACE PLAN PREDICTED

(Received June 11, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 10. Diplomatic circles in Paris were advised this morning from. Berlin that Herr Hitler was planning to make a definite proposition to Britain, France and the United States for a settlement of the problems which are causing world tension. The plan is believed to be an economic reshuffle to secure raw materials for the Reich. Herr Hitler’s plan will be announced early in July, when it is expected to be outlined in a speech at the launching of a new battleship. It is understood that the British Foreign Secretary’s speech on Friday paved the way for the latest development It is stated in high quarters in Berlin, however, that as far as is known the Fuhrer has no such scheme in mind.
