(Sent in by Cousin Patricia Hynes) Coco-Nut Ice 2 cups sugar. 1 cup milk. 2joz butter. 3 tablespoons coco-nut. Boil all for 20 minutes, beat off fire until thick. Pour in to tin and leave till cold. t Date Creams 2 cups sugar. Butter size of walnut. 1-3 cup milk. Flavour and colour to taste. Stone dates. Mix well and fill dales, then roll in coco-nut.
