A sentence of three months’ hard labour was imposed on Lionel George Hood, a labourer, aged 42, who appeared before Mr J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, charged with theft of a suitcase and contents to a total value of £2o.— Press Association.
