' Complete blending is an essential of good cooking. Always sift the flour, and thoroughly sift with it any salt or spices you may be using. Hot weather is likely to bring on a bilious attack with some people. Add the juice of half a lemon to half a tea- 1 ' spoonful of bicarbonate of soda in half a glass of cold water. Drink it “fizzing.”
