INQUEST INTO DEATH OF CHILD

An inquest into the death of Henry Alister O’Donnell, two-year-old son of Mr and Mrs P. O’Donnell, of Waianiwa, who suffered fatal injuries when he fell into a dish of hot water at 8 o’clock on Monday morning, was opened in Invercargill yesterday. After evidence of identification had been given by the child’s grandmother, Mary Jane O’Donnell, the inquest was adjourned.
