GERMANY AIMS AT NAVAL SUPREMACY

The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press says that the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy (Admiral Erich Raeder) declares: “Germany must have capital ships, because these alone can win and defend the supremacy of the seas.”
