COMPULSORY SERVICE ADVOCATED
MOBILIZATION OF MONEY IN EVENT OF WAR (Received April 17, 9.40 p.m.) LONDON, April 16. Three members of the House of Commons, Mr L. C. S. M. Amery, Sir Edward Grigg and Lord Wolmer, all Conservatives, will give notice in the House on Tuesday “that this House favours the immediate acceptance of the principle of compulsory mobilization of the man, munitions and money power of the nation.”
