RECKLESS DRIVING IN OTAGO
HEAVIER PENALTIES IMPOSED (United Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 12. Commenting on the Otago holiday traffic, Mr Harre, secretary of the Automobile Association, stated that a considerable amount of reckless driving was reported, especially on Thursday night, and in his opinion, until the Courts imposed the heavier penalties which the law allowed, wild driving would continue.
