Messrs macalister bros., Solicitors, Invercargill, on behalf of the mortgagee, invite tenders for the purchase of the undermentioned properties: (a) FREEHOLD farm property being all that piece of land situated in the Campbelltown Hundred containing 113 acres 2 roods 11 poles more or less and being Section 8 Block VIII of the said Hundred. EACH tender shall be marked “Tender for property in the Hundred of Campbelltown” or for property in the New River Hundred, as the case may be. The balance of the purchase-price for either property is payable in cash 28 days after acceptance, but the vendor may on request agree that part of the purchase-money be secured by an instalment mortgage on terms and conditions to be approved by the vendor.
