THIEF ENTERS ARAMOHO RAILWAY STATION

SICK BENEFIT FUNDS STOLEN (United Press Association) WANGANUI, March 15. A thief entered the Aramoho railway station last night by shattering a slide and stole £2 in sick benefits funds from a tin and 14/3 from a drawer. The contents of various drawers were littered about. A fruitless attempt was also made to open the safe, the name plate having been knocked off. The office at the Wanganui City Council yard was also broken into and 24/6 stolen.
