CLASH IN MANCHUKUO JAPANESE PROTEST TO MOSCOW (Received March 13, 7.10 p.m.) TOKYO, March 12. A skirmish in Manchukuo resulted in the Japanese ejecting 70 Russians from Japanese territory. The Russians lost heavily and four Japanese were wounded. Japan has protested to Moscow.
