Germany's Demand For Expansion INSISTENT CLAIM ADVOCATED (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Independent Cable Service) (Received March 13, 11.40 p.m.) BERLIN, March 13. “The Germans are still a race without space,” said the leader of the Nazi Labour Front (Dr Robert Ley), speaking at Munich. "They must stand together to break this cramped condition. “Forty million Englishmen rule 470,000,000 people. We are at least as good as the English, and fate should give us the same task. We have only to insist on our demands and we will get them. “In spite of all our efforts a nation cramped as we are is bound to fall victim to Marxist teachings, even with the best social institutions.”
