PORT DUNEDIN DUE ON WEDNESDAY BLUFF FINAL PORT FOR LOADING The Port Line motor-ship Port Dunedin is expected to reach Bluff on Wednesday from Port Chalmers to complete loading for United Kingdom ports.. She is scheduled tq clear this port finally on February 22 for London, via Cape Horn. The Waimarama, which left Lyttelton on January 7 for Great Britain, arrived at London last Monday. ' The Port Line steamer Port Hunter, which has been discharging Home cargo at Bluff, sailed on Saturday night for Napier and Wellington to complete. The scow Horouta, which left Bluff on Friday night for Port Craig to load machinery, put back to Bluff on Saturday morning because of rough weather. The motor-vessel Tamatea sailed on Saturday morning with mail, passengers and cargo for Stewart Island, and returned to Bluff during the afternoon. The motor-vessel Karaka returned to Bluff from Stewart Island on Saturday morning. The Canterbury Shipping Company s Breeze is scheduled to reach Bluff today from Wellington to discharge and load general cargo. She will sail tonight for Dunedin. The Shell Oil Company’s tanker Paua is due at Bluff tomorrow with motor spirit for discharge, and will probably sail the following day for Wellington. The Union Steam Ship Company’s intercolonial steamer Karetu Is now to arrive here from Sydney on Wednesday; The vessel will sail the next day for Dunedm, Oamaru and Lyttelton to complete discharge. The continuous signal watch and the exhibition of storm signals on Stephen’s Island, Cook Strait, were discontinued on January 31.
