PASTORAL GROUP NEGLECTED ON INVERCARGILL EXCHANGE

Government loans continued to show strength on the Invercargill Stock Exchange yesterday. No change took place in the market for bank shares and the pastoral group was neglected. Shares in meat freezing companies received fair attention. The market for Commonwealth industrials was a little brighter. There were few quotations for mining companies scrip. Sales of 1941 3 per cent. Stock at £97 10/- and Dominion Fertilizers at £1 2/-, were reported.
